I have learnt about correct posture, balance, movement and breathing.  Exercises are done to music which adds to the joy of the class. The exercises are varied and designed by the teacher to increase mobility. Legs, arms, feet, toes.... the list is endless all areas get a turn especially abs and back! At the end of every class I simply feel so good and it's been fun.
